I'm Mark Cartledge, director of MC Property Repairs Limited, covering a wide range of trades — from full bathroom and kitchen installs to patios, fencing, en suites, plastering, painting and stud wall partitions. Running the company myself means you deal with me directly, from the first quote to the final walkthrough, not a call centre.

I give every job the same approach: a clear quote, honest advice about what your project actually needs, and work finished properly the first time — no cut corners, no disappearing after the deposit.

I take real pride in the quality of my work, and I treat every job the same way I'd treat my own home — which, funnily enough, is exactly the standard I hold myself to, since I've done plenty of work on my own house too. I've tried my hand at a few different trades over the years, but building is the one that's always felt right, and it's still the job I love. That pride goes into every project I take on.
